There are no particular requirements besides Java 6 or more, since jWinkler uses Java's built-in reflection to read beam and pile data. jWinkler also supports most common languages for writing program, e.g. C, C# and VB.NET. Test programs for instrumented set up of a set of modules already exist. The setup and configuration modules were created for "wildbeams". The instrumented setup is not. The article titled "How the 2030 Climatic Change Can Influence the Weather in the Present Day" focuses attention on the environmental problems and the way it is generally perceived. It highlights what can be done to make the change- is it possible to adapt to it? Should people be prepared for it, and on which basis should this be done? This article discusses these issues and suggests some potentially beneficial behavioral adaptation strategies.
