CREATE A NEW WEB PAGE, add HTML code, and paste the URL into the URL field of this nifty little HTML editor.
The software will scan your WEB page for HTML code. If a title is found then it will be added to the list as a title. Then it will add the code as an HTML.

The setup procedure finishes in no time, and it does not need special input from the user. When it finishes, you can view the clean and intuitive interface, based on a single window and multiple options.
So, you can adjust the XP transparency, as well as change the visual style, logon screen and wallpaper.
